1. About Delivery Time:

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing time and shipping time. These days it may take more time to deliver.  

Processing time: 1-3 business days

You can check the estimated shipping time in the chart above.

We use outside delivery companies (UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS) and we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

*Shipping time does not include a 1-3 business day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

*Shipping address cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

2. About Tracking Number:

Once the package is sent, we will send you a shipment notification e-mail. You can track your order with the tracking information provided in the e-mail or by logging in to your account on Fajashy.com.

3. About Taxes:

For most of the countries,our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries' levying rules.

We are excited to offer international shipping for most destinations of the world.

4. About Changing Shipping Addresses:

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

5. About The Delay Due To COVID-19:

Due to the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic, the shipping and delivery time of the package may be delayed by about 5-7 days. Please understand the inconvenience caused to you. We will do our best to service you.

Notes:

1) Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. For more information on international shipping, please contact us at support@Fajashy.com.

2) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

3) If the package does not arrive within 30 days after you placed your order, you must contact Customer Service within 180 days after your order was placed and we will reply within 24 hours.
